     Hosting: FEATURES & TOOLS: Customer Support System
Customer Support System (CSS) is designed to provide our hosting customers a fast and easy way to communicate any support or service related issue. With support staff available on both sides of the globe (India & USA), this online system allows us to serve our customers efficiently in a timely manner.

If you are a hosting customer and encountered a problem with your site or have trouble with a service or if you have any hosting related issue, simply login to Customer Support System(CSS) and open a Ticket.

System Features
  • Easy Access
    CSS is integrated with our @YourDomain framework as well as made available on this site under Support menu.
  • Admin Access
    Only site owners and administrators are granted access to the system.
  • Simple to Use
    Once logged in user can simply type the issue/problem description and click on the submit button to open a new CSS ticket.
    Each new ticket is assigned a unique ID for easy tracking of a ticket. All future communications related to this ticket are done with this unique ticket ID.
  • Ticket Status
    Users can monitor the progress of the action taken on an open ticket. In addition users can update the tickets and provide feedback or futher details on any ticket. Comprehensive logs and action taken notes are made available to the user. Lists of all the open and closed tickets are also available online.
  • Tracking
    Besides having the ability to login and monitor the progress, users have the ability to have the updates to the ticket mailed to either their mail account or any other email address.
