@YourDomain is a unique architectural frame work that we designed
and implemented in our network applications and services, which enable our
hosting customers to have
an easy access to a number of applications that are in house developed as
well as adapted from
public domain.
The main feature of this frame work is smooth integration
of applications with the customer sites such that the customers
visit their own site to access these applications. The advantage of such
an integration is that our hosting cutomers are not tied down
to a single computer at a certain location. @YourDomain frame work
accords them the freedom to move around, yet have access to
their valuable mail, appointements, contacts, etc from their own site via
world wide web.

Ability to access mail via a browser on world wide web makes this
a very attractive application. It has search facilities, allows users to
create and manage subfolders (if user chooses to use IMAP mail server),
and allows users
to change a variety of configuration options (in addition to their
password). WebMail is also integrated with other applications such as
Orcam and Contacts .

Orcam is a feature rich Organizer cum CAlendar Manager. It has scheduler
for scheduling day to day events, Timebound event creator for
setting up of recurring events, a Todo list, and a Group Meeting
Scheduler . In addition it is integrated with our reminder services
and some religious and national calendars making it a versatile and one of
a kind organizer.

This is a LDAP Directory Services enabled application. Our hosting
customer's members have direct access to to all their peer members via
contacts and in addtion they can maintain a private list of contacts. As a
result of
our integration of Contacts with WebMail and Orcam,
sending a group mail or setting up of a group meeting is always a click away.

In this age of information abundance, bookmarks allows our users to
create, organize and manage their favourite set of bookmarks via this
application.

To provide prompt and timely service to our hosting customers, we
intergrate our Customer Service System (CSS) with our customer sites
via @YourDomain frame work. This application allows our customers to
communicate to us of any issues they may have and what our response has
been to their requests. To assure the best service, CSS allows the users
complete tracking (open/closed/under processing) of all their tickets.

Site resource administration and user account management is provided via this
application. Our permissioning system allows site owners or representatives
to have complete control on their site and at the same time, they can
safely delegate most commonly administered tasks to their employees
responsible for these tasks.
